Semi-Private Yoga and Pilates sculpt
Our exclusive semi-private class limits the group to a maximum of four individuals for a more personalized experience. In this intimate setting, we fuse the power of the Pilates Reformer, Chair, Springboard, and dynamic mat Pilates/Yoga sculpt exercises. This unique class follows a fast-paced circuit format, strategically designed to enhance strength and power through a series of high-intensity intervals. We believe in a balanced approach, incorporating moments of relaxation and release between intervals to optimize your workout experience.
